An evening entertainment program accompanying a 5-course menu. Experimenting with different methods of alienation, the material of food is shown into a new, bewildering light: the ingredients of the menu are treated as objects, recipes read as choreographic instructions and the violent aspect of food preparation is seasoned with bittersweet pathos.
